Wellness Conditions

Booking treatments
We recommend you make reservations for treatments and packages before your day of arrival to avoid disappointments. We would be happy to create the perfect custom pampering arrangement for you.

Your health is important to us
In order to be able to best determine your Spa treatments, we ask you to inform us about any health issues you may have when you register. We have special pampering arrangements for expecting mothers.

Take time out for yourself
In order to be able to fully enjoy your treatment time, we ask you to come to the Spa reception 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment. If you are late, the missed time will be subtracted from your treatment.

Cancellations
Cancellations up to 12 hours before the treatment are cost-free. For later cancellations we charge 80% of the treatment price.

Clothing
To protect your privacy, we ask you to wear a bathrobe in the hotel facilities. Swimming attire and bathrobes are not permitted in the entrance/lobby. We ask you to wear sports attire and running shoes in the Fitness room.

Vitamin bar & lunch
Between 07:00 p.m.and 19:30 p.m., you can feel free and help yourself to fruit, tea and water at the Vitamin bar at the Beauty reception area. If you would like to have a snack, we ask you to go to "PuuR" or to the back of our beautiful panorama terrace.

Lounge chairs reservations
Would you like to take a break from your relaxation time to have a revitalizing lunch or enjoy a treatment? We ask you not to reserve your lounge chair during this time.

Children & Wellness
The Spa & Wellness departments are intended for rest and relaxation. For this reason, we therefore ask you to understand that children under 16 are permitted in the Spa & Wellness only when accompanied by an adult. We have created special treatments for children and teens. Children without a swimming certificate are not permitted in the swimming pool area without their parents.

Swimming pool & Sauna
We ask you to wear swimming attire and pool shoes at the swimming pool.  For hygienic reasons, we ask that you not wear swimming attire in the Sauna area.

Towels
We have placed a basket for you in your room with towels, a bathrobe and slippers, which you may use in the Wellness & Spa area. Please drop off the towels you no longer wish to use in the baskets at the Wellness or Spa area at the end of the day.
